Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax, letter or e-mail).

Registration

Full payment of these items is requested when registering (by credit card or by bank transfer). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Suisse SA has received the payment. All cancellations and changes must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax, letter or email).
For cancellations prior to 24 June 2008, fees will be refunded less EURO 70 (for administrative costs). After this date, no refund is possible.
A handling fee of EURO 30 per registration will be charged for any modification after 6 July 2008.

Congress Dinner & City Tour

Cancellations can be made free of charge until 3 August 2008. After this date, no refund is possible.
